Team Logic IT is our IT provider for Hartwood Foundation, Inc. I work with the AP department. We had an issue with our printer in that there was a disconnect between our accounting software and the departmental printer. In that it was slow to print the check batch, and documents. We placed a ticket with Team Logic. Sean came to our office and had the situation fixed in a matter of minutes. He was professional and explained the situation as to what the issue was and how to correct it if the slow printing happened again.
