Alejandra just helped me she was so helpful, fast, and efficient. I had and urgent meeting and mt keyboard was typing every other stroke. It was very frustrating. She checked my computer, ran a scan to make sure everything is good and fixed my issue quickly. She was also very nice in explaining things every step of the way.
