With the passing of our office's founder and owner, Tom McFarland, Chris Mauch has joined TeamLogic IT - Mamaroneck serving as its Managing Partner. Working in lock step with Jennie McFarland, Tom's wife, Chris is excited for our continued growth and success. Chris brings nearly 20 years of experience from the EW Group, most recently as Chief Operating Officer, where he led day to day operations, managed teams, and built strong client relationships. He began his career on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange and went on to oversee complex operations and large-scale initiatives. Over his career, Chris supported more than 1,000 major events and programs, engaging over 1 million participants. This experience reflects Chris's strong leadership, business acumen, and customer first mindset. Chris is also highly respected in our local business community and brings a genuine commitment to service and relationship building that aligns perfectly with our values. He lives in New Rochelle with his wife Maura and their three children, two daughters (one at the University of Dayton and one at Ursuline) and a son at Fordham Prep.

Jonathan has over 30 years experience in Information Technology Systems management and design, supporting a broad range of environments.  Most recently, he managed information services at a large, multi-office advertising agency in New York.   Prior to that, he held various positions in network, security, systems administration and operations management.    
Jonathan has managed IT organizations and help desks.   He has worked in desktop support, security systems support, network support for routers, firewalls, switches, wireless and CCTV systems.  As a Systems Engineer, Jonathan continues to further his knowledge with certification and training in the newest solutions available to the industry.
His experience includes Sophos, Cisco, Symantec, Meraki, SonicWall, Bitdefender, Sentinel One, SD/WAN, JumpCloud, SSO/Cloud Directory, MS Azure, 365, MS SharePoint, Google Cloud, Google Workspace, NetSuite, Zoom, MS Teams, Asana, Docebo, Miradore MDM, Ubiquiti Unifi, Datto BCDR, Synology, Azuga Fleet Management, HP, Dell, Lenovo, MSI and many other products.
 
Jonathan did undergraduate studies at University of Hartford.

Tom McFarland is the founding owner of Teamlogic IT in Mamaroneck, NY.  He started his Information Technology career as a Communications and then Command and Control Systems Officer in the United States Marine Corps.  For the last twenty years of his career, he served as Chief Operating Officer where he has focused on providing the technology infrastructure and business environment to drive business success.  Recent positions include Chief Operating Officer at a New York based, internationally focused family office, and COO at MKP Capital Management, a $5 Bn alternative asset manager.  He retired from the US Marine Corps Reserve in 2012 with the rank of Colonel.  Tom has an MS from the Lally School of Management and Technology at Rennselaer Polytechnic Institute and a BS from St John’s University.  He was the beloved husband of Jennie for 22 years. Together, they raised five children: Thomas Jr., Peter, George, Elizabeth “Libby”, and Robert, who were the pride and joy of his life. Tom considered his children his greatest accomplishment. He loved them deeply and drew strength and purpose from being their father.
