Delighted to provide a 5-star review for TeamLogic IT. I experienced a laptop crash that I never had experienced before, some kind of bitlocker issue with which I was completely unfamiliar. I was unable to resolve it on my own and my business was paralyzed. I called my contact Tom McFarland at TeamLogic, unsure that they would want to assist a single user such as me. He was gracious and he got someone on my case within a few minutes. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable -- the tech talked me through a somewhat complicated solution on the phone and my problem was resolved. No recurrence and none is expected. No data lost. A perfect experience in every way. Then, I was not sure what to anticipate concerning the charges. The bill was completely reasonable, based upon time at a very fair rate (as opposed to being based upon value to me). I was happy to pay it. And thrilled to know I never will look anywhere else for IT services. Thank you, Tom, and thanks to your expert team.
