Last night I inadvertently downloaded a fairly malicious malware to my computer, it was so bad it locked up the screen demanding a credit card, and after an hour of trying myself to get around it, I called TeamLogic. The person who answered the phone last night was a true rock star! Due to the nature of the malware we had to turn off the wifi and he had to talk me through the steps to locate and delete the malware, and was calm and patient the whole 90 minutes we were on the phone. Not only did he talk me though finding it and deleting it from my computer, we were able to delete some other programs and my computer runs better than ever. I really appreciate the phone being answered at 10pm by someone knowledgeable who had the tenacity to see it through. Thank you!
