Our Story
TeamLogic IT has a national presence supporting companies from 5 employees up to several hundred. We are very much focused on providing customer-focused IT services taking technology and aligning to our client's business initiatives and needs. We run our business on best practices proven to scale as well as have over 250 offices and approximately 1000 technicians.
You gain the benefits of having local ownership AND the backing of a national network. Because we are locally owned, we have the ability to be flexible and more agile with our clients. But having the national backing gives us the ability to offer larger buying power, knowledge sharing, & be a voice in the industry.
We train our technicians on how to provide customer-focused IT Services. We have an entire program around that and survey our clients and hold our technicians accountable to those results from surveys. We have an entire department that does research and development then testing. This allows us to keep up to date with technology and this is a big need especially with the ever-changing security requirements.
We don’t stop there. At the end of the day all of us MSP’s use the same technologies, however, we are really separated by sitting on the customer advisory boards of those technology companies having a lot of say in the direction of their services. We meet regularly and provide feedback, hold them accountable to their SLA’s and managed the support we and our clients receive.
We also have personnel that sits on the executive councils and boards of organizations that run this industry as a whole like CompTIA so our competitors are really just following our lead.

As a Marketing Manager, Alicia is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to attract and retain clients. This includes creating targeted campaigns, managing content creation, optimizing SEO, generating leads, and building brand awareness. She works closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals and uses analytics to optimize performance. Her role is to position TeamLogic IT Northwest Tampa as a trusted IT solutions provider and drive growth through strategic marketing initiatives.
As the Vice President of Operations and Client Services, Michael Soller oversees the smooth functioning of the company’s operations while ensuring that client needs are met with satisfaction. His role is both strategic and leadership-oriented, requiring a careful balance between optimizing internal processes and managing strong client relationships.
Brigitte Soller, a retired nurse with 34 years of hands-on experience in patient care, serves as our Chief Financial and Operating Officer (CFOO). Drawing on decades of managing complex healthcare operations and leading patient-focused teams, Brigitte seamlessly combines the responsibilities of both Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO). In her role, she ensures the organization’s financial strength, operational excellence, and strategic growth, bringing the same dedication, attention to detail, and leadership she honed over a distinguished nursing career to every aspect of our business.
Jerry Soller brings over 30 years of expertise in Healthcare IT, having served as a Field Service Engineer, Technical Consultant, Project Manager, and Program Manager. As Owner and Chief Executive Officer of TeamLogic IT Northwest Tampa, Jerry is dedicated to driving growth, expanding market presence, and positioning the company as a trusted leader in managed IT services and cybersecurity solutions.
