With over 20+ years of broad and deep expertise in developing innovative solutions for financial services operations, Meeta is a strategic, results-driven technologist. She possesses leadership experience in creating multi-year strategic plans, leveraging technology to deliver competitive advantages, and optimizing resources to deliver outstanding products that meet and exceed business needs. As a program management expert, Meeta has a reputation for managing diverse, complex, multi-organizational projects effectively.

In addition to her passion for the tech industry, Meeta has a vested interest in health, well-being, and achieving a mind-body balance. She recently completed a Coaching certification as a life and empowerment coach. Notably, Meeta empowered 11 women to climb the highest peak in Africa, Mt. Kilimanjaro, with all 11 successfully summiting after only three months of training. Most recently, she completed an expedition to the Himalayas, successfully circumambulating Mount Kailash at 18,500ft.

Enoch Boateng is a customer-focused Senior Technician with of experience delivering technical solutions in managed service provider (MSP) environments. He specializes in implementing, managing, and maintaining IT systems across diverse client infrastructures, with expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, VPNs, and Microsoft 365 administration.

Skilled in troubleshooting complex hardware, software, and network issues, Enoch has hands-on experience configuring Cisco Meraki and UniFi networks, provisioning desktops/laptops, deploying print and file servers, and supporting remote and onsite users. He utilizes industry-standard tools such as NinjaOne, SentinelOne, ConnectSecure, ProofPoint, Dropsuite, AutoTask, ConnectWise, and Lookout to enhance system performance, security, and service delivery in his profession.

Enoch’s technical proficiency spans server virtualization, endpoint management, networking, and programming with React, React-Native, Next.js, Python, Django, and Flask. He has successfully led projects involving VPN deployments, system migrations, Android device enrollment, and corporate website management.

He holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology from the University of Madras, India, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Information Studies from the University of Ghana.
