I called this TLIT site in Washington from North Carolina because our satellite site in the Tacoma area was having network equipment issues we couldn't solve over the phone. The call came in around 2pm Pacific Time, and there was a tech onsite by 3:30. Then, the problem was resolved within minutes, after which our site was back online. We couldn't be happier with the service, including the timeliness and the end results. This TLIT team is highly recommended.

OUTSTANDING! I don't know where to begin with how awesome Ashwin and his team are. I was working on a book and my flash drive somehow became corrupted. I called several data recovery companies; they were so costly I was worried I'd have to just start over. Not only are TeamLogic's prices incredibly reasonable, Ashwin's calming nature made me believe they would be able to retrieve the data. And they did. I've reached out to them for several issues and find them great to work with. Very patient. Great listeners. I'm switching my Tech support to Team Logic. And no, I was not paid to say this. We had a terrible experience with other IT - these guys really know what they are doing. Adam really came through for us - our network had been down, and we lost our firewall. We had a different IT company working on the problem for a whole week! But TeamLogic IT was able to get the problem resolved in under 4 hours. Highly recommend.
