Mike Williams is the Owner and President of TeamLogic IT of Northeastern Pennsylvania (NEPA). With more than 30 years of technology experience, Mike has directed global technology visions, strategies, and operations, including financial planning and analysis (FP&A), IT governance, compliance, security, and product development/delivery to clients across three continents. To provide business analysis to clients and identify solutions that are meaningful is what excited Mike in the past, and what drove him to open TeamLogic IT. Mike is passionate about helping those he serves, and believes that as an advisor, a virtual CIO, he can provide clients business solutions that let them manage their business dreams: it is more than just rewarding – it’s work worth doing! 

Technology was not part of Mike’s formal education, in 1986, working in the United States Air Force Public Health services, automated systems were needed to track patients, exposures and contacts. It was at that time he was introduced to technology, databases, and the value of computing power. In recent years, As Chief Information Officer, Mike has developed Technology models – financial, physical design, implementation and operational – for businesses both domestically and internationally. He has been challenged to “right-size” and modernize technology to meet the threats of today’s evolving technology environment. With a focus on data security and compliance, in collaboration with the business and legal experts, Mike has developed and executed policies and procedures for technology Acceptable Use (AUPs), internet safety, asset management and liability, Children’s Internet Protection Act (CIPA), Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

Over the many years Mike has held positions of Technology Director, Vice President, Head of Technology, and ultimately Chief Information Officer in both the private and public sector. He has also taught at both the elementary/secondary and college levels (United States Air Force School of Aerospace Medicine – USAFSAM).

Mike and his wife of 30 years, Elaine, live in Bushkill, Pennsylvania. They are blessed with two children, Jessica, a Junior studying Law/English at the United States Air Force Academy, and son, Travis, a Senior at East Stroudsburg High School North planning to major in Music Therapy after graduation. Mike is a veteran of the United States Air Force and holds a Master of Arts degree (Education) from the University of Texas at San Antonio, Bachelor of Arts (Occupational Technology) from Wayland Baptist University and an Associates of Applied Sciences (Environmental Medicine) from the Community College of the Air Force. Mike enjoys spending time with my family, as well as, cycling, and coaching volleyball.
 

James brings over 20 years of IT experience. He has held roles at all levels within the life sciences and Pharmaceutical industry. In addition to his years of experience James has a B.S. in Computer Science and Information systems from the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey. My philosophy is very simple, I want to help businesses with their technology needs by reducing costs, improving efficiencies, and most importantly eliminating the stress that sometimes technology can have on a business owner. Outside of work, James enjoys spending time with his wife Johanna, their boys, Nicolas, Matthew, Stephen, and Michael.

George has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Through his background in both business and the computer industry, George has acquired a wide variety of skills, specializing in problem solving and IT security. He is industry certified with several IT hardware and software companies. Certifications include Certified Ethical Hacker, Certified Hacking Forensic Investigator, Kaseya Systems Administrator, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator, Microsoft Small Business Specialist, Microsoft Certified Trainer, A+ Certified, Security + Certified, Datto Technical Specialist II, HP Accredited Platform Specialist, and Dell Certified Systems Expert.
