Donovan did a great job of taking care of the highly technical end of things in a very professional and timely manner. He kept us informed of specific vulnerabilities our Church had and helped us to fix them. Jared came onsite to set up all of our workstations with the software they needed, and he was super quick and efficient, not to mention very professional too. Jared was even kind enough to remove the software from our old IT company from each of our workstations since our old IT company seemed to be incapable of doing this.

Following up with our internet service provider, they were unable to resolve the issue from their end. TeamLogic came onsite to evaluate the situation & fix the issue.
