If computers could talk, ours would be singing the praises of Paul and his team at TeamLogic IT in Burlington. These folks are like tech superheroes—minus the capes (but who knows, maybe they have those too). Whether it’s a crashed server, a mystery error message, or just our printer throwing a tantrum, Paul and his crew swoop in with calm, confidence, and way more patience than we deserve. They’re fast, friendly, and make IT feel way less... Irritating and Terrifying. If you want tech support that’s smart, reliable, and even makes you laugh once in a while, call TeamLogic IT. TeamLogic It was awesome to work with. I want to give a special thanks to Paul Stennett. He was very knowledgeable and displayed excellent customer service. He made the process much smoother. You don’t meet too many people like him anymore.

We recently had an issue at our company with our software not sending emails. I reached out to Team Logic and Ed was given our ticket. We were familiar with Ed from another branch of Team Logic. I cannot say how much our team and I appreciated Ed for his hard work on our issue. He was diligent on our issue and stayed in communication with me the entire time on the steps he was taking to resolve his issue. I also want to give him a huge shout out for how well he worked with the supplier of our companies software when they were not as communicative. So thank you Ed for all your hard work!

It was a pleasure talking with Jazmine. She was extremely helpful as well as very knowledgeable about her job. Very friendly. Was like a breath of fresh air in a world where good customer service no longer exists.
