I had a horrible experience with the company who hosted my outlook and lost everything ......after 20 years of working with Rackspace - Bill recovered most of the information, got me set up on a new Windows 365 program and I was back in business just after a few days - his work is just beginning, however.....I have lots more work for him - really enjoy working with him, he returns text, emails and phone calls so efficiently. I hired Team Logic IT about 2 years ago. My business was growing & my IT person at that time was not able to provide the services I required. I had a lot of issues & he was very hard to get a hold of. Once Team Logic IT was hired by me to service my company, they provided an assessment of my whole business involving the IT part of my business. From computers, servers, firewalls , internet, WI-FI & the list goes on. I immediately let them go to work to protect & improve the performance of my entire companies IT system after that report came back. Improvements & updating was needed to stop the current issues I was having. Since then I have had next to no problems at all, they always answer the phone ( A BIG DEAL ! ). They explain the process & offer economic options as well if budget is something you need to keep in mind. If I do have an issue, they are on it it almost immediately & follow up to make sure everything is okay. Bill the Owner even checked in with me while he was on vacation !! Above & beyond. If you are looking for a reliable, honest, educated IT company that actual answers their phone when you need them ? These are your people !!!! They know their stuff & provide a great service !!!
