I had been having printer issues going on a month and Vay was absolutely wonderful! It took him a while to figure out my printer's issues, but he was determined to fix my problem, and he did. I am SO thankful he was there to help me. He was incredibly professional and kind throughout the process and I wish I could have hugged him through the phone when he got me all fixed up!! Awesome service!!
