Rob has 30+ years working as an executive business manager in the enterprise software and information technology B-to-B sector. Rob’s credo is based on honesty, transparency and partnership with his customers. His focus is to provide IT peace-of-mind so that TeamLogic’s clients can maintain focus on their core business differentiators. Most recently Rob was the chief commercial officer of a NASDAQ traded software company that specializes in biometric based identity management and authentication. Over the course of his career Rob has also held the positions of vice president global sales, sales and marketing manager and applications engineer. Rob’s entire career has been focused on collaboration with global systems integrators, small-medium sized service companies, federal, state and local governments, OEM hardware and software companies, and financial service companies to deliver technology and IT services. Rob holds a BS and MBA from Boston College and an MS in engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
Gina is a graduate of the Boston College School of Nursing. In addition to her role at TeamLogic she is a per-diem RN at the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. Gina’s experience working in a high energy, mission critical, environment that requires on-the-spot decision making, and close collaboration with a team of experts, makes her a perfect fit for Director of Customer Success at TeamLogic IT. Gina is exceptionally skilled at listening carefully to our customers and working with our team to expeditiously ensure all of them receive the response and attention that has made TeamLogic the premier IT Managed Service network in the United States.
Quadri has 10+ years as an IT technician and has held several IT support positions in Eastern Massachusetts prior to joining the team at TeamLogic IT in Needham-Newton. His position immediately prior to this was as a network and desktop support specialist at Moderna Pharmaceuticals. Quadri provides friendly and responsive IT support combined with good up to date IT knowledge and great skills for figuring out the source of a problem.
Quadri is CompTIA A+ certified and he is a Kaseya certified IT technician. He holds a BS in computer science and recently received a MSc in computer science from the Merrimack College School of Engineering and Computational Sciences.
