I have had a great experience working with the Scottsdale Team Logic IT division to manage both my business IT needs and personal. I have referred their services to my Wife's business and she has seen the same level of care and time savings. On the personal side, I place a high value on my time and being able to pass off networking and security administration to a trusted partner like Team Logic has been a great time saver and they have not only helped keep everything working but also identified issues and improved my home WiFi performance. On the business side, they have completely taken over the IT administration for my company. The cost and value for the services rendered is excellent and being able to get new employees onboarded without worrying about the PC and software setup side of things is great. They administer a full Virtual PC environment that they built for the company which has proven a great upgrade to using and managing physical PCs especially in a remote work world. We recently switched to a full VoIP phone build that Team Logic oversaw and got going without any issues as we moved away from our old provider. Our clients and contractors did not even notice the phone system switch occurred which is the best compliment I can give on a full operational change like this. I highly recommend their services for both time savings and cost savings on the business side of things. They have a full team of capable members that are very competent and educated in IT Administration and stay on top of the latest trends and know their stuff.
