Jay has over 30 years of experience as a technology leader and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Throughout his career, he has enjoyed guiding organizations large and small through the implementation of strategic initiatives that enhanced security, stability and operational excellence.

Kelly Geiger Owner & Chief Marketing Officer

Kelly began her career at Kraft Foods after graduating from Columbia College. She thrived in the dynamic environment at Kraft working in variouos Marketing and Advertising roles honing her skills in creative campaigns and strategic communication. Her aptitude for organization and eye for detail led her to transition into event planning, where she helped orchestrate the success of global corporate events. Her listening skills and creativity allowed her to align key event details that exceeded customer expectations.

Taking a break from the corporate world to raise their three children, Kelly found being a stay-at-home parent highly fulfilling.
