With over 20 years of experience in technology leadership and consulting, Mustafa Esmail has built his career helping organizations use technology to operate more efficiently and securely. He began his career at Dell in Austin, Texas, where he spent more than a decade designing and supporting enterprise-scale systems.
Mustafa has worked across industries including technology, energy, manufacturing, insurance, telecommunications, and commercial services, supporting both global enterprises and fast-growing organizations. Most recently, he led the design of an end-to-end Salesforce ecosystem that unified marketing, sales, underwriting, and customer support, delivering measurable improvements in efficiency and visibility.
As TeamLogic IT Owner, Mustafa is focused on serving as a trusted technology partner to small and mid-sized businesses through proactive IT management, cybersecurity, and business-aligned solutions. Outside of work, he is committed to giving back to the community and has spent significant time volunteering at local food pantries.
