When our electronic health records company claimed that the server OS and SQL upgrades could not be safely accomplished, TeamLogicIT was able to do the job without a single hiccup. Although I wished for smoother handoff among their team members and the job done more efficiently, ultimately the project was completed without missing a single minute of production time, which was KEY. Would not hesitate to use them again nor recommend their services. Edited to add 7/21/2025: After utilizing their services for a couple of issues, an unexpected problem arose. TeamLogic IT spent the time to thoroughly fix the problem until we were running perfectly. Throughout this entire process, we did not suffer a single day of down time. They were extremely responsive to email correspondence and replied in a meaningful way. Knowing that things are done correctly and timely, and working with a responsive team is priceless.
