Besides, she is passionate to leverage her skills as a PMI and Agile certified project manager. Akiko has years of experience in implementing commercial software packages at companies of all sizes. Our customers appreciate her skills especially in solution design. Akiko holds a MBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University (SMU).

Brad Krugler Sr. Systems Administrator

Brad comes to TeamLogic IT with over 20 years experience in IT, Customer Service Management and Support. He manages our operations and daily technician dispatch to customer sites, ultimately owning TeamLogic IT’s customer satisfaction metrics. He is a passionate runner and the founder and race director of the “Michigan Wine Half Marathon and 5K”.

Fritz, semi-retired but still serving as a senior advisor to TeamLogic IT team and customers. After a long career using and implementing a wide range of technologies he now enjoys sharing his extensive knowledge with clients and technicians.
