With over a decade of technology management and consulting experience, Steven has spent his career chasing the answer to one question, how can organizations and businesses use technology for good? Steven has worked for some of the largest tech companies in the world including Xerox, Verizon, & T-Mobile. He has worked with thousands of businesses, non-profits, and governments on building their technology strategies, securing their data, and improving their workflows. His passion is in improving the lives of all he comes in contact with, including his friends, his team, and his clients. As the President & CEO of TeamLogic IT of Johns Creek, he has been able to apply that same focus to this organization making it one of the fastest growing and successful IT companies in the area.
In addition to his professional career, Steven seeks to improve his community by serving on the board of multiple non-profit organizations, volunteer in different capacities in the community, and by coaching local sports teams.
Magno has made a career in managing technicians. Previously a manager of a SOC (security operation center), and today the service manager for TeamLogic IT. As the Service Manager, Magno is directly responsible for our service KPIs, the help desk technicians, the field services team, and for managing our ticketing system. If you have a complaint with one of our technicians, or are looking for an update on a ticket, Magno will be the man to assist.
Huy has been managing IT environments for two decades and currently serves as our client vCIO. The client vCIO's responsibilities include managing the client relationships and environments, building technology roadmaps and vCIO plans, conducting periodic vCIO meetings with the client's executive team, client cybersecurity, and proactively making recommendations and changes to improve the IT environments of our clients.
Megan is the lead project manager for our region and directly responsible for managing our projects. We use monday.com as a project management system in conjunction with our ticketing system. In monday.com we build mutual activity plans (MAPS) on all our projects, dashboards, and automations to make sure that every step of the way our customers have visibility and communication over their IT projects.
