That's Why We Tailor IT Around Your Goals. Every Business Is Unique.
Technology is a powerful tool when it's backed by the right people. When it's designed around your business, not someone else's, it can help you run faster, operate more reliably, and protect what you've built. That's what we do every day for businesses across Marin, Napa, and Sonoma Counties.
At TeamLogic IT North Bay of San Francisco, we've been supporting businesses here since 2010. Our experience runs deep, and our approach is straightforward. We take the time to understand your goals, your team, and the challenges you're navigating, then we build a technology plan around what your business actually needs.
We don't just fix problems. We help you prevent them. From cybersecurity and cloud services to backup, recovery, and AI readiness, every solution we deliver is tailored to your objectives and supported by a local team that knows your name, backed by a nationwide network when you need additional scale.
Whether you need fully managed IT, co-managed support alongside an internal team, or help with a specific project, you'll work with people who are invested in your success, responsive when it matters, and committed to making technology something you can rely on, not something you worry about.

We are a rock-solid team in both business and play.

Todd and his wife Ruth purchased TeamLogic IT in January of 2016, a business that has been in place for 10 years now! Todd offers his clients the benefit of more than 25 years of experience leveraging technology to boost operational efficiency. In his Corporate Finance career, Todd traveled the world and lived in England, Spain, and Mexico. He has some great stories from his time in Asia, particularly the food in Japan and China. Todd grew up in Concord, California, and moved to Wausau, Wisconsin as a freshman in high school. The concept of managed IT services was compelling to Todd because he saw the value TeamLogic IT adds to clients' operations. His favorite part of the job is meeting with clients. His latest adventure is being a relatively new Dad! He loves making time for his family, spending time in nature, seeking out new adventures, traveling, and playing sports.
As an 80s kid, Phil had an immediate fascination with computers. He began programming at nine years old. And while he had a love for technology, he graduated with a BA in Criminal Justice and began his career at a large non-profit organization. Ironically, everyone turned to him for help with technical issues, which fostered his IT expertise. He eventually founded an IT company that he ran for 20 years. Phil finds joy in fresh powder snow, the smell of forest air, time with friends and family, playing or listening to live music, and accelerating through a long sweeper on his motorcycle.
