AT&T: As a Senior Technical Director, he led engineering departments with multi-million dollar budgets, significantly reducing production outages and optimizing software quality.
Kasasa: Served as the Head of Quality Assurance, where he scaled departments and implemented Agile Scrum practices to improve product stability and testing automation.
Dell: Spent a decade in various management roles, including Senior QA Leader and Application Support Manager, where he pioneered e-commerce solutions and led global testing initiatives that saved the company hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Comdial Corporation: Led web-based information system development as a Senior Web Development Engineer.
